Refund policy

 

Home Direct will abide by all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law in the event that any product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Product Returns:

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us, and a team member will assist with your request.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we do offer exchanges.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend sending the parcel via Registered Post from your local post office to ensure safe delivery.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
    • The item has not been opened.
    • The item is in saleable condition.
    • The item is unworn, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.
    • The item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • The item is not a quilt, underblanket, underlay, mattress topper, mattress protector, pillow, or sheet.

Health and Hygiene Note:

    • There is no exchange or refund for quilts, mattress toppers, underlays, mattress protectors, pillows, pillow protectors, towels, and sheets due to health and hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty or incorrect, in accordance with Australian Retail Standards.
